In order to be able to send your cryptoassets, to your investments, it is essential to fill in a cryptoasset address.

We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Cryptocurrencies
- Bank transfer
- Credit card (coming soon)

You can select your method of payment when validating your order.

BIM Exhange does not manage the customer's portfolio, and only follows the customer's orders when making investments.

The turnaround time for cryptoasset withdrawals varies from a few minutes to 72 hours depending on the amounts and the cryptoasset.

For security reasons, some withdrawals are subject to manual validation by our teams.

You can exchange crypto-currencies for other crypto-currencies or Euros for crypto-currencies directly on our platform.

3. Enter the amount you wish to exchange.
4. Click on the "Next" button.
5. Confirm by clicking on "Continue".

Currently, BIM Exchange supports the exchange of BIM, USDT, ETH, BTC and MATIC. We are working on adding new crypto-currencies to expand our offerings and meet the needs of our community.

BIM Exchange currently runs on the Polygon blockchain. However, we plan to integrate more blockchains in the future to offer maximum flexibility to our users.

Fees on BIM Exchange vary depending on the blockchain used and the transaction volume. We strive to keep fees competitive to provide the best possible exchange experience for our users.

Transaction times may vary depending on several factors, including network congestion. If you experience an unusual delay, we recommend that you check the status of the transaction on an appropriate blockchain explorer. If the problem persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
